I was treated to a few of their services recently and got just a taste of what they offer. When you visit Changes make sure you come early to enjoy all the amenities they have on site. My favorite was the steam room. It smelled of eucalyptus and was so peaceful and quiet. I was able to enjoy this room along with the relaxation room and garden before my facial. Changes also offers snacks, water, coffee and tea.

My first service was the Hydraderm facial. This facial is relaxing but also helps make your skin healthier and leaves you with a glow. The Hydraderm machine removes dead skin cells and impurities and then replaces it with blend of antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. My skin truly has never felt better. Amy, the technician was very knowledgeable and was able to tell me about my skin and suggest some products as well. It felt very personalized which I loved.

Afterward, I was able to enjoy a manicure and pedicure. For the pedicure you get to relax in a reclining chair with a blanket. Pure bliss! This included a foot and leg massage and heated booties. The rooms are quiet and calm, and the nail technician was meticulous with her treatment and polish.
